Erika Shaughnessy is the Product Manager for Low Voltage and Innovative Technologies at Southwire, where she explores cutting-edge advancements in power and data transmission. Prior to joining Southwire, Erika held key roles at Legrand, including positions within the Sales team and as a Product Manager for Furniture Power and Innovative Technologies. With a passion for empowering others, Erika has actively contributed to various women’s groups, charitable committees, and mentorship programs at both Legrand and Southwire. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communications with a Minor in Marketing from Central Connecticut State University.
