The Build America Buy America act applies to a wide range of federally-funded infrastructure programs. This presentation will provide an overview of BABA rules, with specific focus on 1) Audience: federal grant recipients, 2) Application: fiber and communications networks, 3) Program: BEAD (Broadband Equity, Access, and Development).
