Content Guidelines
The PEG Advisory Board has observed that conference attendees prefer presentations rich in technology content rather than sales or marketing pitches. Our commitment to impartiality has made PEG a leading conference for education and the application of electrical protection principles in today’s networks. To uphold this reputation, we ask that speakers adhere to the following guidelines:
- Focus on Solutions, Not Products: Center your presentation on problems, solutions, and technologies rather than promoting specific company products.
- Rigorous Review Process: The Advisory Board will thoroughly review submissions to ensure they provide in-depth information and are relevant to the conference program.
- Emphasize Practical Insights: We encourage presentations that highlight case studies, best practices, and real-world results.
- Engage the Audience: Presentations should cater to the audience’s interests and be 20 or 40 minutes long, including time for questions and discussion.
- Content Considerations: Embedded videos and audio files are discouraged due to the possible limitations of the conference’s audiovisual equipment. Animated content is acceptable.
By following these guidelines, you will contribute to the high-quality, informative, and engaging experience that attendees have come to expect from the PEG Conference.
